This was horrible. They didn't have the truck I ordered and routed us 45 minutes from the house, costing us 90 minutes of the movers we booked. Promised us a free truck rental for an extra day bc of their error and didn't put it in the system, so they thought we were late by a day. I kept getting transferred every time I called -- once, 6 times in a phone call (3 back to customer service). U-Haul is a disgusting joke of a company. No reimbursement for the lost labor. They could not care less about their customer's experience. I cannot stress enough that this should not be a company you work with. I will NEVER do so again.
