There were no dollies or pads in truck upon pick up. Maybe you have to order those items extra, but just information for the next customer. I have pictures that we took when we picked up if needed. Thanks

Although I picked up the U-haul after hours, it would be appreciated if there was a way we could get blankets and straps, or any other equipment you offer for helping with the move
TRENT PI rent truck quite often - this was a new location for me. Once we were on the road, we discovered the A/C did not work. Contacted the service location and the person said "oh sorry" That was it. Didn't offer any options for remedy other than sorry. I know if I have to use this location again - I'll check the A/C first.
