BRIAN SI NEVER RENTED A U HAUL FROM YOU RECENTLY
Kieram TWe found the inside of the to very dirty in some areas. The windows in the cab were hazy and dirt on the floor. Otherwise vehicle was ok.
LOUISE HWell, the employee had an unfortunate day as they had a family emergency. Which is not their fault. However, we were told several times that there were people on their way. There was about six people waiting ahead of me. Someone finally came 2 1/2 hours later. The service from that person was very good. But I still was charged for my rental in which I did use it however waiting 2 1/2 hours is not good customer service. unfortunately it was the only location that had the trailer that I needed. I have rented from there before and I will probably do so in the future again. However, not a pleasant experience this time.
