Although my guaranteed truck was changed on day of pick up to different size and pick up location, the scheduler who contacted me worked out all issues with me AND actually honored through actions every last thing we agreed to ... so pick up, rental, and return ran very smoothly! THAT scheduler deserves a great rating! Not a single other contact, from beginning to last one I spoke with night before pick up were as knowledgeable and/or able to progam a single thing they said they were doing. The location deserves a great rating for maintence of equipment and ease of pick up and return. Thank you
