Hooked up the trailer by myself, while a worker watched me when I waved him over he got in the truck & left. Once I got trailer hooked up, opened rear door & found 3 pallets & trash in the back, which I emptied right there on the lot, stopped by office & advised trailer was not clean & the pallets are lying out on their lot.

Everything went perfectly
John DI had the best customer service! They asked me if I might need to rent an appliance dolly or did I need to get boxes or furniture pads. I did rent the appliance dolly and I'm so glad I did. I even moved some furniture with it too. At the time I had not even thought about needing these items. I will rent from this U-Haul again. Thank you Robert for all your help!
