Stop having the person in charge of this area trying to switch the reservation to the Esso dealer in Wingham. It is aggravating and unnecessary as the B- Line Wingham dealer is accessible , convenient , knowledgeable, provides excellent service and the vehicles are maintained properly. There is a language barrier and confusion at the Esso dealer.

This dealer is excellent. There seems to be another dealer in the same area that U- Haul seems to be trying to switch their business to. Not a good idea as the dealer I dealt with is First Class, not like the new dealer that I am aware of.
