This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any business transaction. I arrived to pick up a truck that had been scheduled, and the employee became hostile, insulting, and used profanity, including the F-word, before telling me to get off the property. I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I will never use this location again and would strongly caution others before renting here.
