Difficult to get in box. App was going and it just stopped. Wanted me to return truck before I even opened the door. Wasn’t able to take pictures on the app. Took my own pictures. I’m so glad I did. U-Haul was charging me for an extra 100 miles at the end. Lady at A-1 towing so helpful and kind. She had nothing to do with U-Haul but went beyond helping in getting in that truck. Didn’t get her name but she was awesome.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI would prefer to have a real a person do the check in. The l9cation is an auto repair place. So theres thatI couldn't see on the app how to take the pictures let alone see the pictures
Spencer WThis was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in any business transaction. I arrived to pick up a truck that had been scheduled, and the employee became hostile, insulting, and used profanity, including the F-word, before telling me to get off the property. I was shocked by the complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. I will never use this location again and would strongly caution others before renting here.
THOMAS WThe app made it easy. 1.09 a mile is a bit much
