Since the system didn't notify the pick up location that we were picking up after hours, our pickup was not completed in the technical aspect. We arrived at the destination for drop off and had to call support because they didn't show that we had even picked up the truck. Very frustrating experience and not either of the location's fault. These technical errors are horrible and need to be fixed.

Edgar RTruck should have been checked closer as the wipers quit on me 15 minutes after leaving my previous home and it was during a rain storm. Also the steering wheel was difficult to control as it was tilted when I was driving straight which I believe it to be bad alignment, or worn suspension on the left front side as there was also a squeaking sound on the left front side.
Ashley FWe used the self-drop off, so never went inside the building. While we were dropping it off, the worker man came. He was very nice and sounded very interested in how the truck did for us.
