We used the self-drop off, so never went inside the building. While we were dropping it off, the worker man came. He was very nice and sounded very interested in how the truck did for us.

LOEL DI scheduled a pickup in olla, Louisiana. The representative called me to verify and stated that they did not have that size in olla but had a larger truck. She asked if I would change locations and I told her no. The pickup was changed and I was not notified. This caused us to travel a greater distance and it took us nearly an hour to get the keys from the lockbox. Very poor service and no one is accepting responsibility. Very unsatisfied.
