I reserved a van , was told when I got to the location there were none available. Was upgraded (had to Pay more for the employees mistake) , was asked how many km I would be driving the odometer was in miles not km which was not mentioned to me . I was again charged for their misunderstanding . Very unsatisfied with the way I was treated and will be letting everyone I know that the location I used is horrible . I arrived to return the truck 10 mins before the location was set to close and the location was closed already . Again not happy with the way I was treated , will pay more and take my business somewhere else next time .

Everything was great. Van was ready and check in was fast and efficient. When we brought the van back we were taken care of right away. Can't think of a thing that needs to be changed. A very positive experience during a tiring moving day. Thank you regent U-Haul.

I booked a trailer for pickup at an alternate location in Winnipeg. When I arrived it wasn't there. So I called UHaul and they sent me to this location and the fellow was very nice. Problem is they only had a much smaller trailer. Next issue is I returned it after my haul and took a picture and then called the after hours number to say it was returned. I then got tripled billed on my credit card and its a nightmare to get my money back.

customer service guy was pleasant to deal with . 50 cents/km would get pricey if you had more driving to do . Maybe there ought to be an unlimited flat fee option . If there is I didn’t know about it . All in all a decent experience for what I needed a rental for

- Interior of trailer smelled like urine so bad we ended up wiping down the entire unit. Yuck - Waited 3/4 hr to pick up trailer. We though prebooking would reduce the wait time?

Booked online a few days in advance. Got a call the night before saying that the truck I booked was unavailable. Got offered a smaller option or a much later time. Had to adjust all my plans to do it the next day with no offer of compensation. Will be looking at alternate moving solutions in the future.

Hello Being in the safety field and having to watch your staff lift that trailer (6x12 enclosed) on and off the hitch of my truck because there is no jack on the trailer is crazy. The poor kid could barely lift it high enough to clear my hitch. I asked him right there on the spot why there is no jack stand on the trailer and was told there was a type of dolly but it made it even worst to use! I even wanted to remove the trailer at my house so that my truck wasn’t sticking out on to the road but without a jack that was not going to happen. I understand the braking system is right here but I would have to say a situation would be pretty easy! I would hate to see someone hurt due to this, but I believe with the size of your fleet a few injuries have already happened. Thanks for your time

Full disclosure of pricing details not made, was told when picking up I had to pay additional $107.00 for insurance. Conflicting information from reps each time I called when confirming booking date and charges. Was told I was given 100 kilometres extra because I had to pick up truck in city, only credited 63.

This was my error but I had rented a 10ft. storage van that had a welded on 2” ball hitch. I inadvertently overlooked the fact the RV trailer I was going to haul required a large sized ball. I should have rented one of the large trucks that allowed for installing other ball hitches that I had on hand. The awesome counter staff and paperwork do prompt proactive questions and provide proactive answers to many questions during the rental process but it would be a nice reminder to ask if the customer is going to haul something and will the ball size be an issue. In my case it would have jogged my memory and eliminated an oversight and therefore rent a different vehicle. I don’t blame anyone but sometimes just a comment from the staff during the rental process would save on the inevitable result of making an extra trip. Other than that....a satisfied customer that simply had a seniors moment.

Don’t lie about the amount of fuel provided. Then tell me It’s my fault for not taking a picture of the gauge before leaving. I have a brilliant idea, how about fill up the tank to the top. Then we just return it filled up or get killed by your fuel charge. This will solve the bullshit games of 3/8 of a tank etc. They said 3/8 but it was actually 1/4. I had to spend $50 extra on a $200 bill because they lied about the amount of fuel provided. It’s a pretty low trick to make a couple extra dollars or get free fuel. I will never use your company again and tell everyone about your bullshit trick.
