As it being a convenient store one had to wait until the customers were served. We advised the person how the Uhaul had issues and it was a very stressful drive from Thunder Bay Ontario to Winnipeg Manitoba they didn't show any concerns. Also I am the person who rented the Uhaul but yet you had it under the driver's name, not sure why. Maybe for insurance purposes but that should be explained. As you are addressing the driver who's address is not the one given. The agreement should be under my name a not Gilles Paquette as his not the one paying for it, he was my driver and good thing he was as I would not have been able to put gas in the vehicle as it kept pooping the gas hose off, needed two hands to hold it, The muffler was really bad made loud noise the whole trip sounds like it's going to fall off, the gear shift scary loose which adds a lot of stress worried it would break down on the way to Winnipeg. This vehicle is not properly maintained Your customers should not have to worry and have so much stress. As well the vehicle would not go any faster then 90 KM so when you get on a HWY that the speed limit is 100 or 110 other drivers get mad as they do not know that one can't go faster then 90... So it was a very stressful trip I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone rather pay a mover. LESS STRESS We had the vehicle with licence plated - AJ29217
GILLES PTruck ran very rough…needs a muffler. Check engine light was on. Served our purpose for the short time we needed it.
