Donald was super helpful, experienced, and knowledgeable. The reason this location didn’t receive 5-stars is because the computer system was slow, which caused us to have to wait about 20-30 minutes for the person in front of us transaction to go through. Then we had to wait. Feedback: make investments in upgrading the systems, especially in rural (small town) areas.

The man who rented the equipment to us was abrasive and rude. He did not tell me that I needed copies of the drivers’ licenses and then argued with me when I said that I was unaware of the need for them. He was thorough in educating us but lacked customer service skills.
