How do I rate the location? The original location we rented from called a day in advance & told us they didn't have the truck we rented, but a nearby location did. Since it was just a little further away, it probably added to our mileage cost - not good. The location that did have the truck was very courteous & helpful. The trucks rear directionsl/brake light wasn't functional. We called roadside assistance & they were fantastic. I'm not sure which location we're supposed to be rating. The 1st didn't have the truck, but did get us another location that did. I would highly recommend UHaul. Rays Auto Works was terrific in assisting us
