When returning the U-Haul, the individual in the office indicated she just needed the key. She was eating her lunch and did not seem to want to be bothered. I said is there anything else that I need to do? She said no that she would send me a receipt to the email address on file. I received a receipt that indicates there is a damage fee. I’m going to contact you today to figure out what was damaged. I would love a representative from U-Haul to contact me.
