MARTY MThey did not provide instructions for returning the truck other than to park it in a specific spot. They said to scan the QR code. That does nothing other than tell me to install the app. I had to call the 1800 number and have them walk me through what to do. Just a small explanation to get someone started would be great. So, I would suggest updating the procedure there. The young man was nice and very respectful when picking up the truck.
KATHLEEN NThe staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. The ONLY reason I went Above Average instead of Excellent was due to the street pulling out is narrow and a bit tough to turn with a trailer. But that is NOT reflective of the service, staff or product. I highly recommend anyone needing a U-Haul - any size - to choose Ray's!
