Amazing experience!! My husband lost our father and we had to race to FL. I'm going through all his stuff and the emotions that come up was so hard. We needed a trailer and had the nicest man help us in Winter Haven. The returning the trailer in Bloomington IN was such a nice and easy experience. Our family was going through such a tough time and uhaul showed compassion and helped us with what we needed. Would give 1,000 stars if possible
