This is my first rental from this location. I have been renting various U-Haul product for the last 30 years and from locations from this area all the way to the East coast. This is far and away the best U-Haul rental experience I have ever had. The location was clean and not in a sketchy area, the staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I i in in advance of my arrival and when I got to the location, it actually worked and sped up the process. My usual experience at other locations has been cranky old men or women who seem to be really pissed off at the world and take it out on the people who want to give them money for their product i.e. customers. When I dropped the trailer off, I unhooked and was walking to the office and the nice lady opened the door before I got there and told me I was all set and would get the receipt via email in short time, and I did! At a lot of these places the staff act like you're bothering them when they have to get out of their chair to help you. This place was different and wonderful! I cannot give them a better recommendation, they are great! Thanks!!
