Dont understand if I brought the truck back early why dont I get credit for the hours ?

The entire process from pickup to drop off was amazing, so easy. U Haul makes it easy and efficient.
Larry PTruck had a bad front end issue. Had to hold the steering wheel to the left to keep the truck straight.it was clean just needed some front end work badly.
