Truck had somebody's garbage (water bottle, rubber gloves) in cabin when i rented the truck. Stuff was polite and respectful. U-Haul application is terrible, Return didn't work first time even though i received confirmation 'somebody from stuff will contact you ...' after filling all the info and taking all the photos of truck. For second return i had to go through it twice...it's really really bad app.
