Qicong XThe app process is horrible. Often is. Photos of the vehicle wouldn't upload properly. Had to try it over and over again and it kept failing. Eventually the photos of the vehicle just suddenly were there.

Vincenzo LEntire interior box/cargo area had thick vrth sticky substance on the floor, including areas of the ramp When I called I was told nothing could be done and to mop it. Unacceptable response. I asked if I could exchange for another one, was told no Ultimately, I asked if I could have sheets to drop in the box to cover the sticky substance, and it was agreed. Luckily, location is minutes from where I was. This wasted at least 20mins of my time and was a very poor initial experience.
