The front sitting area of the van was muddy and dusty. I had to clean out 7 bottles of water and used napkins from both front doors. The back of the van still had the dolly, a blanket and a bottle of oil from the previous renter. A thorough clean and check prior to renting it to the next customer is a must.
Minh TI forgot key in car and door was locked. i called and asked for spare key that they have not an asked me $200 for open the door. that's crazy
HAMIDREZA SWhen I picked up the van there was a half-finished coffee, 2 perrier bottles, and 3 water bottles left behind. Additionally, there was a screwdriving in the driver's side door and a pair of work glasses and some bottle of oil in the back of the van. I do not want to be charged for cleaning those items. I was quite surprised because I have been renting from U-haul for at least 10-11 years and never had this experience. I think the person in charge of that location needs to take a garbage can with him to clean out the vehicles when they come back.
BARBARA BI had a very disappointing experience with U-Haul today. I had a booking scheduled for 7:00 AM, and I arrived right on time with another person. We entered the store first and were clearly there for our reservation, but despite that, the employee ignored us and started helping people who came in after us just for regular market shopping. We ended up waiting for around 20 minutes while being completely overlooked, even though I was in a hurry and had an actual reservation. When I politely mentioned that I was in a rush, the employee responded in a rude and disrespectful way. I use U-Haul very frequently and until now I always enjoyed using the service. I have never experienced anything like this before. This situation honestly upset me a lot and made me question whether I should continue using U-Haul at all — I’m even considering closing my account because of how poorly this was handled. I hope U-Haul takes customer service and reservation priority more seriously in the future.
