I made the reservation online and arranged pickup for 7:00 am but also stopped by the night before to confirm it would be ready but they dropped the ball with mobile checkin and I had to wait in the parking lot for 2 hours until they opened which ruined my plans and disrupted arrangements with people who were helping me.
THOMAS RBecause the individual waiting on me wouldn't give me information when I brought the truck Back. Said there would be an email sent. Great but phone can't open the email.so I have no idea what said I owed. He could have put anything down.
JAMES WI'm not sure if I would return to this location. I rented a cargo van and switched to a 15ft truck. I also ordered a appliance hand truck. When I receive my final bill, they also charged me for a hand truck. I contacted them about this and I'm still waiting on the refund
