This was an extremely terrible and overwhelming experience. When I arrived for my pick up at 7am, the key was not in any of the lock boxes. I had to wait on hold for a service manager, who never ended up answering. I had to delay my moving with my scheduled movers costing me over one hundred dollars, and hours of moving wasted. When I finally was able to go at 10am when the physical location opened, my reservation was messed up and it would not process my reservation, although the scheduler had changed the time already. This took an additional 45 minutes to sort out before I was able to leave with a truck. The whole process was overwhelming, time consuming, and expensive. They were able to give me $50 instead of a full refund, which I believe considering the circumstances I went through.

ROBERT HThe staff here has absolutely no idea what they're doing. They turned a 10 minute business transaction into a 45 minute ordeal. The vehicle was half full with gas when I received it. I only rode 40 miles. I put in $40 worth of gas and took a picture of the fuel gauge. They still charge me $82 extra for refueling. Tried to get a credit been working with them now for over four days. No resolution. Very very disappointing I would never rent a truck from U-Haul or this location again.
Louis Z1. Uhaul canceled my reservation and moved it to another location 45 minutes away. They called and followed up to tell me. On the phone they wanted to assist a new dealer with business that's why they moved it. Sorry no way, they moved it back, they weren't happy. Where I was using it was only a half a mile away from original pick up. 2.When I arrived for pick up your system was down, I had to wait 45 minutes in the store to get it resolved. I was not late for my pick up and it messed up my day. 3. The passenger side door would not shut right, it rattled for the whole trip. yeah so I wont be using Uhaul again.
