Just the opposite. Great place !
Chris FThis was an extremely terrible and overwhelming experience. When I arrived for my pick up at 7am, the key was not in any of the lock boxes. I had to wait on hold for a service manager, who never ended up answering. I had to delay my moving with my scheduled movers costing me over one hundred dollars, and hours of moving wasted. When I finally was able to go at 10am when the physical location opened, my reservation was messed up and it would not process my reservation, although the scheduler had changed the time already. This took an additional 45 minutes to sort out before I was able to leave with a truck. The whole process was overwhelming, time consuming, and expensive. They were able to give me $50 instead of a full refund, which I believe considering the circumstances I went through.
