Had to clean the windshield wiper blades because they failed to clear the window. Build up on the wipers cause reduced visibility.

MARK L.Please remove the mobile check in portion of this service at this location since the customers still have to go inside the liquor store to get the equipment key. I checked in while parked outside using the app, only to be instructed to go inside. Once inside, there were 4 other rental customers in front of me. Now my 1pm scheduled pickup became a realistic 1:45pm by the time I got the key amd completed the necessary vehicle inspection. Having to go inside to get the vehicle key just is what it is… But the customer should be informed of this while making the reservation so that he/she doesn't wind up an hour behind their own planned schedule for the day.

Verlencia W.I was informed by the manager that if I brought the trailer back before the scheduled time, the contract would be adjusted. I returned the unit a day ahead of schedule, and they still billed me for the full contract time. I received no help with loading the trailer when I received it or when I dropped it off. I have used U-HAUL many times in the past, but this experience was the unacceptable.

Juan S.I got a notice saying my pickup location was changed when I was already at the original pick up spot in mantua. Had to drive to Woodbury. The location clearly didn't know I was coming. Took them a half hour to check the truck in. The truck was damaged on the outside but didn't show it in pics. The inside was wet and dirty. Def not wiped down. Made me get a late start moving. When you have something rented for a specific time and people waiting on you. Delays really throw it all off. The check out/return process was pretty long too. It was late and Tg I didn't throw the keys in the box before I realized I had to take a bunch of pics.

Larry C.Over charged nightmare! The cashier had no idea what he was doing. The manager was not there and when I reached out to try to clear things up was verbally attacked. Uhaul did attempt to resolve the matter, but not even close to the standards I was expecting. People work very hard for their money and expect professional services when they choose a buisness. I will not be using uhaul in the future, I will find another moving solution. I will never go through this again.

Aerika L.When I chose the pickup time, U-haul forced me to use the online check-in service since it was before the business's hours of operation. The day of my reservation I went to pick up the van but the online check-in said I had to wait an hour and a half for the business to open even though they said I could check in online and complete the process contactless. The keys were locked in a box and I was never given the code and the code was not provided in the portal, via email or cell. On top of that, I ordered a 10' truck along with a dolly and furniture mats and was given a 9' truck with no extra materials. There was no communication to me that I would not be provided what I had ordered. This is unacceptable and I will not be renting from uhaul ever again.
Sydney M.This location is inside of a liquor store where there is no outside sign on the premises. It took me 45 mins. To find because there are no signs posted to tell you where it is. I think there could be another way to make the pubic aware of the location
deborah C.This location was in a sketchy neighborhood, and there was absolutely ZERO signage to inform customers that the Uhaul rentals are conducted by the liquor store cashiers! The only way to know it was even the right place was that there were a couple UHaul trucks out front—otherwise I would never have figured it was the correct location. Furthermore, there was no physical review of the truck; they basically handed me the keys and sent me on my way. I was extremely annoyed to be given a truck that was an additional 50% larger than the one I had reserved (I was driving by myself and am not at all experienced in operating large vehicles), and the lack of concern on the part of the uhaul staff was extremely annoying. An apology for my inconvenience to have the pick-up location AND the size of the truck changed an hour before my scheduled pick-up time would have been the least they could do. Ideally, there would have been some sort of discount to take into account the additional mileage (the new pick-up location was twice as far away) and additional gas costs associated with the much larger truck. Altogether, it was a pretty poor experience and not at all what you want to deal with when managing a tricky move.

Diane V.Picking up a Uhaul rental from a liquor store seemed a bit odd, I picked up a auto transport trailer, nobody assisted me to ensure I was hooking it up correctly to my vehicle and I was charged for insurance that I did not ask for or even told about until I reviewed my bill when I got home, I literally had to sign the paperwork on a box of Vodka.
