I originally booked at the U-Haul in swedesboro, Nj. Arrived to find that my reserved vehicle was not there. They rebooked me to another location and added an additional 15 miles to my reservation. I revived no notification prior to arriving in Swedesboro that the equipment I reserved was not ready. Spirits Warehouse was quick and easily got me back on the road. I went over on my miles, by the time my reservation was completed and paid the additional 13 dollars. For all the extra trouble U-haul set me back on my move date no apology, no comp other than 15 extra miles, had to take an uber 30 minutes to the next location costing me more money. Will not be using U-Haul for my military move.
