The pickup and drop off was great. However I reserved the 15foot and they called a few days before with alternative options because it was no longer available. I had to take 10foot truck which caused me to have to do 2 trips and pay for more mileage. The least they could have done was discount the mileage.

Brynn JI had to push down really hard on the brakes. The truck "slipped" forward when changing gears. It needs maintenance. The rep at the store was ready for me when I arrived, and processed my reservation quickly. This is the third time that the pickup location was changed without notifying me! There has got to be a better way to communicate when I request a location but for some reason it is changed and I find out last minute. Perhaps I'm missing something on the emails. I checked my reservation in the morning at it hadn't changed, then I check again and it's changed. I was late for my pickup.
