Very nice experience compared to our pick up of the vehicle. I believe her name was "Soul" who immediately wanted to hear of our pick up experience in New Rochelle and assured me she would relay the message even thought I told her I had sent an email. Very happy with the Drop Off of the rental.
Francis KStaff was friendly and helpful. The representative came outside and checked the truck without me even having to go inside. Very smooth experience. I highly recommend this location.
Lynn RI was told that the rate of mileage was 129, but when I went to cash out and pay, they said, Friday is considered a weekend rate of 189A mile, I didn't think that was fair and 2 vehicle did not have 3/4 of a tank of fuel in it. It had 5/8 of a tank so I ended up putting $21 in the tank just to bring it back to free quarter. Off fuel, and I only want 17 miles.I mean, that's wow.\nHad the vehicle 2 hour's. Do you think you're gonna credit me the extra money?I had to put out and the fuel or the extra money.The difference from the one twenty 92 the one eighty nine in mileage question mark
