15 minutes before I was leaving to pick up the van closest to my house, it was canceled and I was told to go to one about 15 minutes away. That was annoying. Then I get to the other one and the attendant was rude. They have a hug indoor space and I asked if I could park my car overnight as there is no leaving the van and it has to be returned in the AM. I had to find residential parking and that was about 5 blocks away. The van itself was has a sticky substance on the rubber floor- hardly wanted to put my belongings in it. Then the side door, not only did not slide like the others I have rented, but the doors opened wide into the street. Problem was, only one door of the two side doors opened making it very difficult to load on the side. Poor experience all the way around.
