The remote access was an issue, it was never communicated to me that reserving a truck for a 24+ hour time frame required a pick-up within 1 hour of the starting time. I reserved it for 8am so that I could be sure the truck and location would be reserved, instead I arrived at my earliest convenience and was outside of the 1 hour window and was unable to pick-up the truck unassisted. I had to call the helpline to get access to the truck. Maybe change the instructions to include the information about the 1 hour pick-up window, or, don't require pick-up within 1 hour of the time when the truck has been reserved for over 24 hours.
Brian JJacob was fantastic and had the answer to any questions we had before we could even think of them. Would definitely recommend anyone looking to rent a Uhaul or storage to speak with him.
