Drop off trailer before they were open and no one to talk to. We went to grab a broom from storage unit across town. There was a small amount of sand on deck that needed broomed off. No call from office and a $50 cleaning fee for 2 mins of work is unacceptable. We rent alot from u hauls across three states, might be time for a change
