David H.If you know you have reservations scheduled and plan to close…. Let someone know. Very unacceptable and dangerous. You closed for your safety. Uhaul still said I needed to come in to this location to secure my reservation. I traveled In pretty unsafe conditions to arrive at a closed location. A simple phone call would have eliminated the risk, preserved a customer, and simply would have been the appropriate thing to do.
