Cynthia EDrop off trailer before they were open and no one to talk to. We went to grab a broom from storage unit across town. There was a small amount of sand on deck that needed broomed off. No call from office and a $50 cleaning fee for 2 mins of work is unacceptable. We rent alot from u hauls across three states, might be time for a change

DANIEL MJenette did not read the contract, threw the contract in the trash and was going to send us on our way. When I told her I wanted my $100 deposit back, she replied "We don't do that here." Jenette did not read my contract, in the trash can, or understand, just refused to give me my $100 cash back. Jenette retrieved my contract and spent 5 minutes reading it . . . I am convinced Jenette cannot read. She used a cell phone and called Miles at [redacted] who stated we could drive the truck to Kelso, WA another 25 miles {after filling the tank} to collect the cash deposit or have a check issued which would take 3-5 days to receive. I DID NOT WANT TO DRIVE TO KELSO. Miles should have offered to run $100 cash up to Storage Court and he could return the truck to the Vancouver store. Miles did not know his office address for me to pick up my deposit in Vancouver, WA. After about 5 minutes Miles gave me 2460 NE Andresen Rd Vancouver WA as his address, and then said it was the store location and they would have to go get him. Miles also would not give me his last name initial. Very unprofessional. UHaul has until Saturday 9/30/25 to get $100 check to me or I will report UHaul to the authorities. What a horrible experience. The other lady working with Jenette was rude also, stating they don't do cash as if this would solve the problem. UNACCEPTABLE and ILLEGAL.
MATTHEW NEveryone at Storage Court is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I will rent here again and again... though they could use more inventory.
VALERIE KNot happy. I reserved for pickup in hazeldell. The lady on the phone didn’t set it up correctly had to push off movers and drive across town to pickup a dirty loud truck. The lady on the phone said fees would be waved the rental fee still ended up being charged to me. Wouldn’t recommend renting online or over the phone.

Jana GMama’s attic leaked in the admittedly dramatic weather. Broke a couple box bottoms. Wouldn’t have mentioned it but I was surprised to see a 2 gal fuel additional charge when I left on half and returned on half. And it was 7 miles. Got me fired up enough to send a review in any event.

NOLLAN CAgain, the counter assistance was outstanding. A very expensive device charger was forgotten in the cab, behind the seat. It's black wrap made it impossible to see it. The woman called me within 15 minutes to let us know it was at their counter. Turned out not to be ours, but her honesty was impressive.

John MThe pick up was great and the people were very helpful. The issue I had was with the equipment. It looked and worked for most of my trip from Washington to Wyoming. Once I Got to Wyoming, the driver side ratchet came undone twice. The first time it caused both the vehicle and tow vehicle to almost lose control. Luckily I was able to come to a stop and put the strap back on. It the strap came off one more time during the final stretch of the drive. Because of this I pulled over about every 50 miles to check the straps.

Big door in back was open when I tried to drive away so I went in the office to ask if it was OK to drive with it open. They closed it for me. Other than that customer service was good. Very sad my white couch got dirty. Other than that
