They changed my reservation to a new location the day before I was suppose to pick up. New location wasn’t tracking and I got my rental late. Customer service representative was very rude

Brian DGetting a better understanding with the time. If you say I’m paying for 24hrs. Then tell me you have to put a time just because then when I bring it alittle behind the time that was set you charge me a fee for it but said it was 24hrs. Don’t understand that.
bridges bI would not recommend this location to my ENEMY! Such poor customer care and service. The truck was FULL of garbage and who knows what else was under those bags and busted furniture. This location does not care about the customer at all. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Improvement for the next customer includes taking this location’s license to rent U-Haul trucks.
