The 4' x 8' enclosed trailer I rented was dirty inside. Had mud on the floor. Additionally, we encounter rain while at our destination and, apparently, the trailer has a leak because during the over night rain storm, water was inside the trailer.

We just needed to move a bed from one home to's nice to be able to rent a truck for a couple hours quickly without any issues. This is a great U-Haul location with many vehicles to choose from. We've rented from them a few times and will continue to rent in the future. Any time we need a vehicle larger then our medium sized SUV, we'll be renting from this U-Haul location.

When I recieved the vehicle it was roughly 75 percent full. Only driving 5 miles total I was charged for gas I didn't use,and charged 10.50 for some unknown reason, probably for the padlock that I didn't receive.

You can learn how to release the holds you put on debit cards more efficiently. It has been three weeks and the hold has not been released. I have not been able to speak to anyone who actually works at the location or that can access the necessary information to do anything about the matter except tell me "we will make a note of it and pass it on to the location personnel so they can straighten it out. This is ridiculous!

I believe your GM, Ms behaved very dishonestly. She/U-haul charged me for a two day rental of a 6x12 trailer. In her only defense, she did confirm that I would be charged twice before I the location. I was 20 minutes late returning. I explained that although the contract documented 10:08 am; I didnt actually get hooked up until10:20, and after pointing out the non working brake light (passenger side) I left about 10:30 Only 1 guy on the outside. When I returned the trailer Ms Shown and another female employee were outside in the same area, with the same 1 guy running between 2 customers ahead of me. This added additional time to my return. I thought she would be fair...Wrong! I plan to notify the company Pres. JL Alvarenga in hopes of a correction, before having to dispute with CC company, bank, and beyond. As a continual customer for years, I expected our business relationship to contain reciprocity.

I reserved a 26 foot truck 2 weeks before my move. They called me the night before saying there was a screw up and they didn't have any 26 foot trucks available, would a 20 foot truck be okay. Not realizing I had a choice, I said fine. On Saturday when I realized the truck was not big enough, I call the location. I was on hold so long that I was transferred to customer service. I asked for them to waive the extra mileage because this was their screw up. They could not do anything but send a message to the manager of that location and said they would call me. I called back 2 other times that day because no one had called me back. When I returned the truck Sunday morning (15 mins late) I was charged for an extra day as well. So my bill went from $155 to $275. I disputed the charges and was told someone would call within 48 hours. I called later that day and was again sent to customer service where they gave me a $40 gift certificate, which I said was useless because I was not going to use Uhaul again and didn't need anything in their store, and again was told someone would call me within 48 hours. On Wednesday, when no one had called me, I called again. This time I did talk to the manager but she told me they would do nothing because I was given the $40 gift certificate. She was rude and provided horrible customer service. I then called corporate customer service to complain. All they could do was reopen the case and said the manager would call me within 48 hours. To this day (1 week later) no one has called me and I was charged $275. I feel this is unacceptable since the cause of my extra fees was their fault. All I wanted was not to pay for the extra mileage. And charging me an extra day because I was 15 minutes late is just gouging me for money. If the location would have been open, they would not have charged me. I feel my experienced sucked and this is the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul and all for $50. I feel they did this just so they would get more money out of me. This is not the way to run a business. I will never use Uhaul again!

This location is the only one I will ever go to. I have had multiple bad expierences at other Uhaul dealers and never had anything but excellent service from this location. I believe that every employee should get a raise at this location. 5 star service!
