Give a pay raise to Mr Pietro, he always makes my experience special. That is why I return often and refer others because where several of the representatives act like I’m just a another customer, Mr Pietro goes the extra mile to ask me how was my experience and equipment. This time I had issues and was really upset because I count my rentals to hold me up to look good to my customers. Mr Pietro made it worth my while and I plan to continue using this location for jobs I do on this side of the metro Atlanta complex. Big thumbs up for his professionalism and caring to recognize how important it is for what I do to be great just like how great I expect U-haul to be to me. He needs a pay raise for ensuring my business I work with a lot of people who use or could use your products and recognize your brand. Thank you for recognizing Mr Pietro’s worth.

Clean your trucks. There were ants in the back and i didn't see them till we were half loaded. I had ants in my stuff when i got here. Ashes were in the ashtray and cup holder, and m&ms in the floor board.

The only problem that I had was that the appliance dolly had a broken track on the back that helps you go up the stairs, so I had to go out of my way to go back and switch it out for a good one. But great customer service, they switched it out and took the rental charge off my bill so I was happy.

I was charged for usage of the dolly when I didn’t utilize it. The security of it wasn’t that great & in the process of moving something fell on it to knock it off, yet I was charged. I called 3 times in an attempt to rectify the situation, but the phone just rang each time. Horrible experience. I’ll be sure to go elsewhere next time.

The emails sent to me from your host, never identified that my pickup was at this location, my "preferred location" which were I went to up the equipment, did not have the right equipment or the reservation, after a 15 minute wait on the phone for customer "service?" I was told where the equipment was for pickup.

Fix your app. It is a terrible user experience. I tried to use it with the thought that it would be an easier and more streamlined process. It didn't work, so I had to spend extra time waiting in line. The employees at this site were very helpful and got me my truck. If it weren't for them, I would have given up and gone to one of your competitors.

Again, it is extremely stressful to receive an email that your rental location has been changed to a place you have never heard of. After an hour and a half of calling UHaul I finally had to accept if I wanted a truck, a 2 hour detour had to be added to my already packed schedule. It makes it hard to trust a company that takes my order but cannot deliver.

This van was extremely UNSAFE and I felt nervous the entire time I was driving it. It had literally NO pick-up (acceleration) whatsoever. I would press on the gas and nothing would happen for a LONG time other than the engine revving up the RPM without effect on the speed. I suspect that may be transmission, as it seemed like it what happens when you keep a manual car in low gear without shifting while seriously pressing on the gas pedal. What made this especially unsafe is the horrible mirrors that were impossible to judge any distances of cars in passing lanes behind you and the fact that there is lattice-work behind the front seats that make the rear view mirror worthless. I was in heavy traffic and had to change lanes a number of times and I was seriously frightened every time. It would look like I had enough space behind me to move over, but I would press on the gas and by the time I was able to pickup any speed at all, that gap would be closed. I had a lot of near misses and cars honking at me. On top of that, the steering wheel had a lot of slop in it, and turning it a small amount did nothing. I would turn it some without it moving, and then suddenly it would veer off more than I wanted in the direction I was turning to. There were a number of occasions where the van would lurch to the left or right of the lane. I was glad whenever there were any long straight-aways on the highway, where I did not have to turn the steering wheel at all for some miles. All-in-all, I was a nervous wreck by the end of the first leg of my trip. I had estimated my trip at around 5 hours, but it turned out to take over 8 hours. I did a lot of moves when I was younger and had grown to trust U-Haul, so I did not do any comparison shopping. I am sad that U-Haul is no longer reliable and safe. I am retired and will likely down-size within the next year or so, but am not planning on using U-Haul when the time comes.

Although I was pleased with my experience at this UHaul, my overall experience was not good. I actually had a truck reserved at another location to be picked up at 10:30 (Diamond Mobile on Ridge Rd.). When I got there to get the truck, the lady said she had already rented it out to someone else even though I had reserved it. She was no help it trying to find another location with a truck. I called your main number & while the lady that did eventually help me was very nice & did find a truck. I was on hold for 30 minutes before I ever got patched through to her. We were on a serious timetable for the move yesterday & these issues caused much unneeded stress. You should have something in place that keeps a truck that is reserved from being rented out & also really need to cut down on the hold times when people have to call in.

My rental experience was great!. I reserved online and picked up the truck in store. The truck was brand new and very clean.

The mileage and gas was different on the truck and I took a picture of it and brought it to their attention the next day and was told that since I didn't show it to them at the time of arrival to pick up the vehicle that they would not be able to assist. I spoke to the manager and she stated that she could not help me. I feel that if I had proof of the discrepancy she should honor it she said they could not. I will not do service with them and I canceled my storage unit that I was on the other line with their rep.

Only issue is that I made a reservation and it was confirmed for 7 am pick up. I was never informed that the location did not open until 9 am. I was two hours behind in getting my project started and had to pay for labor that sat around waiting to start because I didn’t have the truck. Should have a bette system to inform customers of these kind of things

they did not tell us to walk around and check the truck for any damage. they should do this because we returned it and they accused us of damaging the top which we did not.
