Craig O | Online Move InI found the experience to be disconcerting, several visits to the facility were met with staff who when asked simple questions about the storage logistics, payments, moving ubox - were met with utter confusion. The ease of access is perhaps not a priority with different methods, so I needed to get a second permanent unit here temporarily for the sake of convenience. There was a sense of uncertainty with most answers regarding access and logistics of my ubox, as if the ideal use of your apps and systems was being completely guessed upon and delivered as customer direction. I certainly feel uneasy with my property being in storage here however it is necessary.

Walter F | Overall ExperienceThe sites for the parking was tight. Most vehicles were larger than the site. It was very hard to get the camper in and out of the spot we had. We also got ants in our camper from them being all over the area. It is also very junky with all the junk cars and such parking in that area. The vehicles were not even drivable. I would have loved to stay at this facility because of the close proximity to my home but they had no other openings, so when had to chose a facility further away.

Rourke G | Overall ExperienceEvery time I visited, my card swipe would not work on either of the two pads by the door and neither would my PIN code. I had to go inside and wait in a long line to get it reset each visit. On one occasion I had to wait in line twice before they could get my card to work. We decided not to stay after all of this.
