I did a one way here with a uhaul. Uhaul has been calling me asking me when will I be returning the truck. I had the truck for 1 day. Dropped it off on the 20th and here it’s the 31st and they email me a receipt for a 7 day rental. The number listed online is also no good. Uhaul needs pull their trucks from this location.
SHUNDRECUS WThey changed my reservation to a new location the day before I was suppose to pick up. New location wasn’t tracking and I got my rental late. Customer service representative was very rude

Brian DThe location that U-haul chose passed by a larger location that was several miles closer to my current and new location. The person at the gas station where I needed to pick up the truck was somewhere in the back for a long time and i had to go find him. He was very lazy, didn't show me the truck, verify the mileage leaving or returning. The hand truck was floating around in the truck and slammed back and forth. The truck tires/alignment/suspension was awful. I had to hold the steering wheel to go straight down the road. The truck wandered and veered all over the place.
