You need to put jacks on these heavy trailers hurt my back trying to get it up myself took three of us to get it off at the end. I had to go get the guy inside to come help me put it on. It’s insane. These things are heavy and there’s no jacks on the front of them to help you get them up you guys down in Arizona or your head offices. Need to realize it’s friggin snow in Canada sit on top of these trailers in like They are heavy. I hurt my back trying to get it on myself

The 20foot truck was buried in a snowdrift. There was a foot of snow piled on the windshield. There was no way of getting the truck out without digging it out. Which my mother and I had to do. (Which resulted in a low back injury to myself). This is inexcusable, the location knew I had a truck rental. The truck should have been dug out of the snow ahead of time and not have the customer dig the truck out. Would never recommend this location for this reason. Out of all the times we’ve rented Uhauls this has never happened
EDINA SI dropped the Truck off. The man did not want to come out and inspect the Truck before I left. He said that he would just send an email once he got a chance to check the Truck back in. Not only was I not satisfied with that, he eventually came out and then asked me to help him move some other Trailers around, so that he could put the one that I brought to that location in a certain spot. I did help him, and he finally looked at the Truck. I personally want it checked over before leaving. What if someone else hits it in the lot before he were to come out, now I'm going to get blamed for damage. Not how it works in my eyes.
GEORGE MParking is a little tight at this location, but otherwise I was in and out of there after dropping the trailer off.
JOHN MAt first, he was telling me that I couldn't leave the trailer there, he said he didn't have room for it. And then was reluctant to help me back it up and get it off the truck.
