I'm almost 64 years of age and a single female. No one to help me hook up a trailer. I depend on U-Haul owner/rental agent to help/assist me.They didn't hook up the trailer. They only pointed towards a group of trailers, told me it was over there, said I had to find it and hook it up myself. I opened the trailer to see the size inside and saw dirt and styrofoam all over the floor. I had to clean it up before I left. I told the owner and he saw part of the mess as I was almost finished cleaning. He said "Oh. It was dirty?" They told me that when I brought it back I had to park it back in that same area, unhook it myself and then go to their office and tell them it was done. It was raining when I did bring it back. I told them I needed help to unhook it as it was stuck on my hitch. They told me no one was there. So I went back to try again. I put blocks in front and another in back of the wheel. Then, with a lot of effort, I did get it unhooked. After I was done, a young man came out of the office very reluctantly and slowly walked toward me. All he did was put a block at the the wheel on the other side. Aren't they supposed to hook up, unhook and check each unit when it's returned?
