Dont care about ac working but the fans would have been nice as it was storming and the windows were fogging and constantly having to wipe window cause of condensation forming while driving

The customer service was fantastic at pick-up and drop-off. The only issue we had was that when the door went up, the lock/clip would get stuck and take a long time to re-open. This was from the very start until the very end. This issue aside, it was great customer service and went well for everything else we needed it for.
