How U-Haul Reviews WorkTerrible service. Filed a customer service complaint. Awaiting escalation call back and a resolution.
Nathan LTruck was not clean, they left all furniture blankets which took up a lot of my space, the truck starter had issues starting and had to get uhaul road side assistance with no discount for the trouble
Amber PNothing really....Patel (don't know if the spelling is correct) is really a nice person. Very friendly and he's easy to deal with.
Steven HThe trailer was easy to access, easy to drop off and the owner of the location was very helpful. He helped rig it up and showed us what we needed to know for drop off. We would rent here again!
