I would give this 5 stars but we got a text from UHaul that we were overdue on the check-in time even though we really checked in on time with the shop, but they didn't update with U-Haul until the next morning. We got billed for an extra day but they (UHAUL) put in a ticket to reverse the extra charge. It was an oversight but my account could have been overdrawn if I wasn't always diligent about allowing for unknown extras.
