The location looked like the back alley of a repair shop that hasn't been upgraded since 1974. And it didn't matter at all. Great guy, quick, informative, responsive to a couple of questions. Highly recommended.

STEPHEN SDont over charge for a missing piece of equipment..the world knows that they cost a third of what you charge..and as a huge company your cost is sure to be even less..because you purchase in bulk..

Daniel MWe were on time for office hours we were at the location at 9am when office hours were set to begin and did Not begin getting helped until 9:45 because the office personnel did not open on time. literally making us late for hours after... for us that time frame was critical for our day because of traffic patterns. Very inconvenient ,. we also ordered an appliance hand truck, and it was not available and the excuse we got was "well the manager didn't bring it" which again in turn messed with out time. and also fixing the app because it was not helpful. the staff was nice but just not very caring about out time.
