This location provided inadequate and untruthful service. I rented and returned a van on Saturday, picking it up shortly after 2:00 PM and returning it before 4:00 PM due to a 4:30 PM dinner reservation. I made a single trip—from my father’s apartment complex on Old Street to a storage facility on Providence Street—which took less than two hours. Despite returning the van on Saturday, the staff member at the storage location failed to properly check it in. As a result, I later received a message from U-Haul on Tuesday stating that the rental equipment had not been returned. Additionally, my receipt incorrectly reflects a return time of 8:00 PM, which is completely inaccurate. I also drove fewer than 10 miles to complete this task, further highlighting the discrepancy in the reported usage. This error caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to or recommending this location.

I was forced to get the insurance on the truck even though online I said I was denying it because I was going to use my own insurance. Guy on the phone was rude and told it it comes with it even though online it said optional..
JANISS CThe truck wasn't swept out in the back. The Tire Pressure light and Oil Change light were on the whole time. I really believe no-one even checked out the Van after it was returned before me. After returning the truck to location U-haul sent me an email the following day asking me when I was going to return the overdue Van. The location never reported the truck was returned. I did call customer service several times before and after renting the Van and they were very knowledgeable. I would like a response back from U-haul on my comments. Thank You John Marcoux
JOHN MLocation was closed even though I was assured it would be open, I ordered a dolly and it was not there. Has to travel to different store.
Ryan MFirst, the vehicle pick up and return was all done on the street, no dedicated parking lot or garage. I had to ask some neighbor where to get the keys for the vehicle. Second, after filling out the lengthy online pick up form, I still had to go into a convenience store and negotiate with the owner to get the keys. He didn't believe that I had a reservations and pick up form completed. He had to make a call to a "friend" to check if I was showing true records. It was a huge waste of time.
