I reserved on line to speed up the process of getting my U Haul seemed to have little to no training and spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to walk through my pickup. I spent over a half an hour at the pickup site, I think more training would help. I found the cab of the littered with paper work from the previous customer and could have been cleaned up or at the very least presentable.
