First, the vehicle pick up and return was all done on the street, no dedicated parking lot or garage. I had to ask some neighbor where to get the keys for the vehicle. Second, after filling out the lengthy online pick up form, I still had to go into a convenience store and negotiate with the owner to get the keys. He didn't believe that I had a reservations and pick up form completed. He had to make a call to a "friend" to check if I was showing true records. It was a huge waste of time.

The back of the truck was not swept out
RICKY DWhen you arrive you go in the store then the cashier calls someone on the phone you have to scan your id to the link they send to your phone once all that is done you get the key to the truck. Location only has two trucks parked on the side road so you have to walk down the street to get the truck. The nob for the heater was broken so it was full force or nothing at all. When we returned the truck no one came out to look at it. The next day we got a call from U-haul asking if we ever returned the truck because the store never marked it as being returned. Save yourself the trouble and actually go to uhaul and rent the truck.
Michael TTruck was dirty inside the cab. Staff in the convenience store had to call to U-Haul and then any prompts from U-Haul would come up on app. Explain the process out prior to the rental next time because we were flying blind on that one. Other than that the staff was friendly and I would probably rent from that location again now that I know the process.
BETH WI reserved on line to speed up the process of getting my U Haul seemed to have little to no training and spent 20 minutes on the phone trying to walk through my pickup. I spent over a half an hour at the pickup site, I think more training would help. I found the cab of the littered with paper work from the previous customer and could have been cleaned up or at the very least presentable.
