I didn’t get a dolly or blankets and I still haven’t gotten a refund for those. That should be pretty automatic. Keys also aren’t kept in the lockbox, and it’s very hard to back a giant truck out of an active car wash.

The truck worked but I just want to let you guys know that the motor was straining to go both uphill and downhill, for some reason. The acceleration and deceleration is off. It’s not just because it’s a truck carrying something heavy. Just want you to know to look into it. Thank you. I’m very happy having been able to rent from Uhaul in Wyckoff. God bless you guys!
