Nikki is fantastic! She was extremely helpful and chatted with us as we picked up the truck. Have you ever met someone and thought “ this person is an embodiment of sunshine in human form.”? Well, that is Nikki! I cannot express enough how calming her presence was as this was my first time renting, and her smile was always there, assuring us along the way. The truck itself was the 20 ft truck and Nikki told us it would get the job done and she was right! Even loaded front to back the truck handled really well up and down hills and around turns. We had no issue maintaining speed limits, like we had worried about. The cab has three seats and is in really good condition. We returned it, did the checkout and the went on our way. Shortly after, my husband received a call from Nikki letting him know she had found his hoodie in the office, and called so that we wouldn’t lose it. Again, cannot say enough good things about the experience today. This is exactly who you want to work with when renting a U-Haul. Thank you Nikki! We will be back!
