They were great. I had an issue with pick up at a different location adn the Xenia Stor N Lock were great!
JAY AI can't think of any improvements. Erica was FANTASTIC every step of the way. The U-Haul app would not work when Erica tried to have me photo my driver's license and again when I was supposed to photo the license plate on the van. She worked around it beautifully. The experience was excellent. Thanks Erica!
Carmen MUhaul needs to give this location dedicated iPads or tablets like used in restaurants. The associates had to use their smart phones to access the uhaul app in order to checkout and finalize the rental. It would be much easier for them and the customer if they could access uhaul on their computer or a dedicated tablet. There was a uhaul honor plaque showing this business had been uhaul loyal for over 30 years. They need not be frustrated for this loyal service with updated virtual electronics.
