App does not work...the pics cannot be uploaded on the front end of the rental, even though it says it is mandatory to upload one. This wastes a lot of time and is very frustrating. This happened in June as well. The app needs to be fixed...either allow the uploads to occur or remove them from being required and just recommend that the renter take pictures before departure, so they have them if needed to show any preexisting damages.
