Shaun HHorrible experience overall with U-Haul. They called to cancel my reservation 12 hours before I was scheduled to move. It took over an hour of convincing on the phone with the call center to setup a new rental time that was 2 days after I was scheduled to move. they were very ambivalent about the whole ordeal. I've used their services many times of the last 20 years but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would not recommend this company and I will not use their services on a go forward basis.
