These people were warm and welcoming and very kind to me. I felt comfortable and glad of my choice due to it. I had an accident the night I borrowed the vehicle, which made me late in returning it. The accident was on my vehicle and I am not moving well at the moment, but they didn't put pressure on me and showed care and compassion for my situation. Although such dynamics rarely happen, to have it be so well met by courteous and professional people, it is what makes me come back to Uhaul time after time.

I reserved a 20' truck to be picked on January 11th at 8:30am from this location and got an email confirmation. I hired 3 people (hourly paid) to help me move the boxes/furniture from my Yorba Linda house to the Corona house. They started work as originally planned at 8:30am. There was a very short notice email sent to me around 4pm on the 10th (which I didn't see until late night) mentioning the 20' truck will not be available at this location until 11:30a instead on originally confirmed at 8:30am. I couldnt change the plans last minute. When I went to pickup the car on the 11th at 8:30 am I mentioned to the worker (Sandy Patel) that this last minute change of plan is not acceptable and that I have three 3 workes ready to start the work. I also told her that now I have to do two trips since I'm getting the 17' instead of 20' Which means, I had to pay double mileage, gas and money to workers. She didn't care and was not compacinate at all.... I asked to speak with a managers, she said, I'm the manager and owner. I told her to provide me the corporate phone number so I can call and file a complain. Which I did this morning. Her behavior was not acceptable. I also do not appreciate doubling my cost. We would have finished the move at around 2 pm instead, with the two trips, we ended up finishing at around 10 pm.

Sandra Patel and her associate were very helpful. The associate ( can't remember his name ) explained all my options and made sure I also rented an appliance dolly after I explained what I was doing. He the explained all the features of the rental so i was completly comfortable using it.

The 10ft truck didn't come with a ramp which I didn't find out about until after I arrived at my destination. I then had to return and pay for a larger van, but since I had taken 1.5 to make my way back I was charged for the initial 10ft rental. Total waste of money on the 10ft..

Windows on rental truck were so dirty and caked with dirt and mud that driving would probably be illegal or at least very hazardous. We had to clean and wipe windows and mirrors 2-3 time to feel safe on the road.

I called the day before to request a Uhaul at the location. I called as I was early asking if it was alright to show up early and take the vehicle. I got to the vehicle started the online process and it took to me step 5 and told me I was unable to get the vehicle. I called the owner because they were closed on Sunday who told me to call another number. I called that # and the lady told me she couldn't help me,she gave me another number and I spoke with a girl who hung up on me. I got to the pickup place at 8:15 and didn't end up leaving until 9:15. I will never rent from Uhaul again. Home Depot is closer to my house and although it is more money; I doubt I would have had this issue.
Made a reservation for 4pm on a weekday. Walked in to the location at 4:30, was not greated as a customer. Instead I was asked if I was A GARCIA with the 4 pm reservation. I said yes and the lady behind the counter replied with "Your reservation was at 4 pm I was just about to cancel it." WOW! Having worked in retail for a number of years knowing how to properly great and treat a customer for life was absolutely not present during my experience there futther more She was rude truck was disgusting, I couldn't see out of the front windshield or rearview mirror had to clean them myself, interior was just as bad. I will never rent from there again and no one else should either....

I was told to leave the van clean after using it but when I got in it I found a half eaten brownie under the passenger seat. I found receipts and wrappers in it from the person that had used it before.

Lower rates always help. I pick up a truck for a weekend event and don't drive it for two of the four or five days. I'd love to not have to insure it for those two days!

Two weeks ago I showed up to pick up a truck that I reserved online and the store never opened. This really created huge issues for us. So we rented the truck today (13 days later) with an appliance dolly and there was no dolly for me. I had to put extra miles on the truck to drive to another uhaul location to pick up a dolly and the store refused to give me mileage credit.

Truck was not clean on pick up and noted that 3 hours later. They charged me 25.00 for the clean up. I contacted the store clerk who directed me to the claims supervisor who corrected their error on there app.
