I was told to leave the van clean after using it but when I got in it I found a half eaten brownie under the passenger seat. I found receipts and wrappers in it from the person that had used it before.

Two weeks ago I showed up to pick up a truck that I reserved online and the store never opened. This really created huge issues for us. So we rented the truck today (13 days later) with an appliance dolly and there was no dolly for me. I had to put extra miles on the truck to drive to another uhaul location to pick up a dolly and the store refused to give me mileage credit.

Truck was not clean on pick up and noted that 3 hours later. They charged me 25.00 for the clean up. I contacted the store clerk who directed me to the claims supervisor who corrected their error on there app.

The people at this location were very helpful and friendly. The self check-in process, however, did not work (the good folks at the Postal Zone rescued me). I was sent three different locations by email for the truck location. The Postal Zone was the second one I visited in a desperate attempt to get the truck for my move. Then, when I tried to get access to the truck via my phone, I got a message that said the equipment for my reservation was not available. I called the number given on the message, and it went nowhere. I was about to abandon my plan when Sandy at Postal Zone came out and helped. After that, everything went fine.

The reservation system was a complete screw up. One issue followed another. It was a full time job communicating with U-Haul. The last screw up caused us to be 2 hours late for other scheduled services and created a cost that came out of our pocket.

The truck needed to be clean. There was no trash in the cab. But it was very dusty and dirty. The outside of the truck was prwtty dirty too. BUT with the frequency that tjese trucks go out. I can see why they cant always them clean.

The location was great and the people were great, but they had difficulty getting a contract completed. They called Uhaul office and they had the same issue. Need to work this out. Took way to many times trying to get the contract to process and print. The the best experience!

Do NOT recommend this facility as a Pick-up or Drop-off location. This is where I was instructed to return the trailer, even though I drove by 3 other legitimate U-Haul facilities between here and my home. Upon arrival, we observed and were told that they are a Post Office Box/ Mailing type business which is in a grocery store shopping center and didn't have the capabilities for taking the trailer and were referred to another location even further from my home. When we told them that we didn't have the time and we were simply following instructions on our Order Confirmation, they allowed us to leave it.

When I got to the uhaul rental place, the rep told me that I could only have the uhaul for 4 hours because she has a loyal customer that comes in every week and rents the truck. I explained to her that i am moving a full house so I will not be able to come back in 2 hours. She told me to please try and come back within the 2 hours and I told her specifically that I could not be back at that time. She said okay, and I signed the contract and took the uhaul. Before I dropped off the uhaul, I went to the gas station to put the fuel back to where it was, and went back to return the truck. I noticed that I am being charged for gas and that is not right. I will be getting in contact with corporate tomorrow to figure out why she charged me for that. I also took pictures of the gas hand before I took the truck out and when I returned the truck. So if you need those pictures I can provide that to you no problem. I am not mad or upset, I just want to be treated fairly as a customer.
