John AFor the most part everything was really good, staff was friendly. Trailer was buried in a snow drift, had I not had 4x4 I would have never been able to hook on to it. I sort of thought they would have maybe pulled it out of the snow bank, check lights and what-no prior to pickup time. Not a big deal, the trailer was in excellent towing condition with good tires and all lights worked.
