Douglas SLocation was good although we couldn’t get lockbox open without calling U-Haul and trying for a little while. U-Haul charged way more than quoted and expected though.
Amy MThis pickup location was amazing. Despite uhaul app, uhaul.com and uhaul customer service being down and completely impotent to complete its own rentals (& no explanation as to how to do it any other way other than"use POS and call yet another number"). Spazz automotive did the right thing and completed this very time sensitive rental. I will never use uhaul again unless I have no other choice.
