The truck was clean but the tires felt almost bald. Even the smallest amount of snow or ice and the wheels would just spin. For a truck that heavy there should be zero effort to move through snow on decent tires. When I tried to pull out of parking lot During initial rental there was an ice patch under right side of truck and couldnâ€™t get out without attendant assistance. The two driveways I went to when moving had minimal snow/ice and wheels would spin. Could be a serious safety hazard if someone needed to drive in winter weather.

The van had cat/dog hair on the passenger seat, heavy smell of cats. Was not pleased with the gas surcharge!!! I fill the van at his gas station to bring it to how the van was given to and I showed him the picture I took prior and after $6.38 for 1.6 gal is nothing more then highway robbery special . Van needed air to the front tire I had to put air in the tire! That's wrong

I was not satisfied with this location. First walking in the owner/employee was more interested in watching his t.v. left the other woman to start the paper work on laptop, she seemed confused, he stepped in to help her, then he hands me the paperwork and told me to just go out and take pictures and check mileage (all my prior rentals with uhaul someone generioisly walks out with me). He did not seem to want to be bothered. She struggled on laptop for about 25 minutes. Then I check the mileage it was not accurate with paperwork. I go back in to tell her, she had made a mistake with paperwork. Ok no problem, but he insists on her figuring out instead of helping her when he seemed to know better than she did. Next she called uhaul which rectified the mistake made, but I had scheduled a 10:00 pick-up and didn't leave until 11 this was an inconvenience and they were not friendly.

Convenient to use app, but it took me awhile to get through the steps. Next time we rent a truck, it will go faster now that I know the process.

The owner was extremely rude. He knew nothing about renting U-haul equipment. We were there for a long time multiple times that day to rent the equipment and even had to call customer service to assist us. Also, every time a customer came we were told to step to the side and wait and then would have to start the renting process over again. Finally there were no dollies available but we were still charged for the dollies.

Awful experience. Wasn't allowed to return the vehicle at 2 locations, despite have confirmed with dispatch and my contract. So terrible. Delayed over an hour because of this. NOT A SINGLE PERSON WAS HELPFUL. HANDS DOWN WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!

The check engine light was on the first time I started it. It was off the second time I started. Their parking space was crowded and I lost time switching the truck and my own personal vehicle around before I even started my rental. The verification process of the online pick up with my phone was too complicated. Calling other people to verify who I am is ridiculous. I do not travel with a passport. I am retired so no work number. There was no way to fill the requirements. I had to switch to in person check-in. The people at that location were helpful.

First the truck was brand new but looks like it was never clean. The interior was dirty as well as the back of the pickup. I was over charge as well and the attendant refused to fix and adjust my bill

Attendant or owner we rude, curt never made eye contact and never said please or thank you. Customer Service was terrible . This was the second time i used this location and I will never go back here.

Customer service rep appeared annoyed and acted as if I was annoying her. I have been renting from uhaul for over 20 years and this is probably the worst and Iâ€™ve rented from the Bronx and that says a lot. I still didnâ€™t receive my receipt which they said will be sent to my email.

Terrible customer service at pickup. Van was not properly labeled for pick up using mobile. Van was not cleaned on the inside, rubber mats were curled up. Upon return, the online dashboard said my reservation was canceled. I couldnâ€™t use the mobile drop off feature. I was also charged $10 for insurance which I waived when I made the reservation online. Sent two emails to the email address on the invoice with no response. 797003_AFM@uhaul.com
